What this website collects
- No analytics or advertising cookies. The website does not set any tracking cookies.
- The “Find my package” questionnaire runs entirely in your browser: your answers are neither stored nor transmitted, unless you choose to send them to us on WhatsApp.
- Conversations via WhatsApp or email: when you write to us, we receive the information you share with us (name, contact details, description of your project).
Why we use this data
Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, deliver the service. Your data is never sold or passed on to third parties.
Retention period
Conversations with prospective clients are kept for a maximum of three years after the last contact. Client data is kept for the duration of the business relationship, then in line with legal obligations (particularly accounting requirements).
Third-party services
Conversations via WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp's (Meta) privacy policy. Fonts are hosted on our own server: no requests are sent to Google Fonts.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@orevaweb.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
